Something Different

Here is a different approach to my style, that I tried about a year ago. The piece is showing the evolution of primitive species, varieties, etc., showing an only slight evolution from early antecedent types to the Homo Sapiens that roam the streets today.

You say you are re=-visiting this style; you should do more of the same; like the line and collage effect. Connie

nice spin/deviation from your own style -- I think this works well for the topic!

Great work!
I like the match between black outlines, colored fields and paper texture!

This is a nice take on your style. I really like the newspaper bits in his lower abdomen. It's impressive that even when departing your own style, you're still able to leave your very noticeable fingerprint on this work. Excellent.

It was cool to see this piece and to browse though your blog. This is a different approach but I agree with all above who said you should explore it. I also like the look of ink, paint and collage together, it makes for a very attractive piece

Your art is very sophisticated and original. Good luck on your upcoming show!
